HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

For all general enquiries please email info@thisisparah.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We strongly recommend measuring as per the size guide here If you have any specific sizing or style questions, or are after personal and tailored sizing advice, please email info@thisisparah.com.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PRODUCT?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and ePacket process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

If the item you are interested in is sold out, you can register for email notifications by clicking on ‘email me when available’ and we will be sure to notify you the minute it arrives. Any items in our sale section will not be restocked.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE / CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM?

Please contact sales@thisisparah.com and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the item is despatched. Please remember during launch or sale periods we receive high volumes of emails, and can't always make changes to orders in time before they're shipped.

CAN I PURCHASE PARAH SWIMWEAR IN STORE?

Parah Swimwear is based exclusively online only at ThisisParah.com.

WHERE ARE PARAH SWIMWEAR BIKINI’S DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

Parah bikinis are designed and manufactured internationally. We are unable to name our manufacturing partners for privacy reasons, but we can confirm that our international partners and factories are ethical and fair trade and are inspected on a regular basis.

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE CURRENCY?

All prices found on ThisisParah.com are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of tax. 

HOW DO I PAY?

Parah offers various payment options. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Paypal and Afterpay for selected countries. More information can be found on our payments and sales page.
